Terms and Conditions- WinExeter– 2022

  • The promoter is Access All Aerials, a service delivered by registered charity CEDA. The raffle will have one winner who will be eligable to accept the full collection of prizes promoted. The prize is a voucher for an overnight stay and breakfast at Jury’s Inn- Western Way Exeter. A £50 princesshay gift card that will have a usable life  of 12 months . The local produce hamper contains donated products including alcohol where the consumer must be over 18 years of age.
  • The winner will be chosen by random in the form of a draw to be done live on Tuesday 1st November 2022.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Craig Bowden of CEDA
  • CEDA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time & without prior notice.
  • Employees of CEDA and Access All Aerials, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  • Entry to the prize draw is by texting the KEYWORD to 70215. Text messages cost your standard network message charge (based on your service provider rates – please check with your provider). You will then receive a free bounce-back message from 70215 providing you with instructions to enter the competition and the option to make a donation to CEDA.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, opting out of the optional donation will not affect your entry into the prize draw.
  • The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK (please note the text service to enter the prize draw does not include Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile networks).
  • The entry of this competition is via a minimum £2.00 donation. Supporters can donate more but will only receive entry into the draw for each whole £2 donated. Entries will be limited to 20 entries per person.
  • CEDA reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if CEDA is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
  • The prize will need to confirmed by Access All Aerials directly via email or telephone.
  • The raffle will be launched at 11am on Thursday 1st September 2021, and the closing date and time for entrants is 23.59pm on Monday 31st October 2022. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • If you’re a UK taxpayer, CEDA can claim an equal share of an additional £2.50 in Gift Aid from the Government for every £10 donation you make. If you elect to make an optional donation, we’ll send a follow up text to ask if you want us to claim Gift Aid on your donation.   • If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of the draw taking place, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a competition, the promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date and time specified on the competition notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
  • CEDA cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside CEDA’s control.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. This includes TextDonr the entry method we shall promoting most during the month. You are providing your information to CEDA and not to any other party.
  • CEDA cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
