Your chosen voluntary donation will be added to your phone bill and 100% of it goes to CEDA (Community Equality Disability Action)

 You’ve got until 23:59 on Sunday 16th March to text.

Texts cost your standard network rate, plus once you've entered, we'll do the bit that raises money for our charity and automatically take your voluntary donation, unless you text CANCEL within 60 minutes as instructed in the first text message we send you. 100% of your donation will go to CEDA.

Short Stay Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. The Short Stay Giveaway is a promotion run by Community Radio Station Access All Aerials for the benefit of its parent charity CEDA- Community Equality Disability Action. The Promotion will run from Monday 3rd February to Sunday 16th March 2025 on Access All Aerials.

The prize is subject to availability and valid for the 2025 season which is from March 31st- November 3rd 2025. There will be a £50 returnable security deposit which all guests get charged payable upon booking. The Indoor Pool is an extra cost, but there would be one session per person included in the prize. A 20% off voucher for all prepared food outlets on the park are also included in the prize.

There is no cash alternative to this prize.

Details of the Promotion: 

  1. To enter the Promotion, you must send a text message with the keyword STAY to 70215 (the “Text Message Line”).
  2. The Text Message Line will open at 06:00 on Monday 3rd February 2025 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 23rd February 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be entered into the draw.
  3. We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
  4. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotion shortcodes are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may be charged. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details and charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.
  5. After entering the Promotion, you will receive a bounce back text message informing you that a voluntary donation to CEDA (registered charity 1096528 (England & Wales) will be taken. For your chance to win, reply ONE to enter once and donate £2, FIVE to enter 5 times and donate £10 or TEN to enter 10 times and donate £20! To enter without giving a voluntary donation, add NODONATION after your message.

The donation will be taken one hour (60 minutes) after the time the first text was received from the mobile phone used to enter the Promotion and will be applied to your phone bill as a one-off charge. You will not incur any further charges unless you engage with the service again by sending another text message to us. 100% of donations given by text will go to CEDA.

Eligibility:

  1. The Promotion is only open to those registered to UK mobile.
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.

Data Protection:

  1. Your personal data, will be collected and processed by us, as well as the prize providers (Hendra Holidays), and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
  2. We may hold your personal data for a period of 3 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
  3. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our privacy policy more details). You can opt out at any time.
  4. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
  5. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting amazing@cedaonline.org.uk. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
